MEET MATT - OWNER + FOUNDER

After over a decade in Corporate America as a sales executive, I decided to pursue my calling in homebuilding. My first home construction project was my own Baltimore City townhome, the first of over35 major renovations I have managed in Washington D.C. and Central Maryland. With 15 years of experience, I have professionally managed every aspect of the property life cycle, from luxury home sales, new construction, renovation, property maintenance, and property management. 

I understand that building, buying, selling, improving, or renting out your home is one of the most significant financial decisions in life, which makes it stressful. I’ve been there myself, and I know that open communication and trust in your team is key. I am here to make the experience as transparent and stress-free as possible. I bring deep knowledge of the local market, a large professional network, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approachable communication style. 

I live with my wife, two daughters, and dog in Annapolis, Maryland and own four additional properties in Maryland and one in West Virginia. When not working for my clients, I am at soccer/lacrosse practices and games, wrangling a toddler, kayaking, or improving my own home.
